Unit Selling Price Is Changing To List Price After Ship Confirm For Service Orders (Doc ID 2017655.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Teleservice - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On 12.1.3 -

Unit Selling Price is changing to List price ( which is zero in this case) after ship confirm.
This is happening only for orders coming from service requests.

The difference is that the List Price is 0 and entering the price as some amount e.g. xyz on the Charges UI
The default modifier is not being applied

The order should not get re-priced to  the List Price during  ship confirm.

1. Create order from service request.
2. Release and ship confirm the order.
3. The unit price is changing to zero (List Price)

While the order is created from Service now, the price at first shows the price entered on the Charges e.g. xyz
When freight charges are added and ship confirm performed  the price changes back to  zero which is the List Price.
