Symptoms

When attempting to run Mass Additions Post for new assets using a Web ADI spreadsheet, the following error occurs:

Error
Cache: Error retrieving row from FA_METHODS table
Depreciation Method: XXXXXXX
Life in Months:

Cause: You have a database problem.
Action: Contact your system administrator.

ORA-01403: no data found
Error: function fa_cache_pkg.fazccmt returned failure
Error: function fa_addition_pvt.initialize returned failure
Error: function fa_addition_pub.do_addition returned failure
Mass Addition ID: 99999 ==> ** Failed **
