Symptoms
When using consolidated notification, tendering 2 shipments (not in the same time, one by one), when trying to withdraw one tender of one of them, right after having tendered the two, the following error appears:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Having consolidated notification enabled:
1. Take any two shipments that are in status SECURE RESOURCES_NOT STARTED
2. Tender the two shipments one by one (not in the same time)
3. Right after that try to withdraw the tender on any of the two.
4. The error appears.
