Contact Not Found After Removing Contact Address in Customer Standard

12.1.3 version, Customers Module
You have removed the Contact address from a Customer Account, but left the Contact name and number itself, but the Account Contact is no longer displayed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation: Customers > Customers
1. Go To: Account Details> Communication tab
2. Click on Contact Details of a Contact listed and remove the Address
3. Return to Account Contacts
4. The Contact is no longer displayed
Due to this issue, the data quality is compromised as users think the contact is no longer there and proceed to create a new contact leading to lots of duplicates.
