Deductions At Time Of Writ Taken Into Account On Supplemental Run For Same Pay Period

On : 12.1.3 version, Wage Attachments/Garnishments

The instance is using Deductions at Time of Writ for all checks when there are multiple payrolls in the same pay period.  All Run Types are using the Dedns At Time of Writ

System should deduct entire net pay as deductions are not being processed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Process a Regular Payroll Run
Federal Tax Levy processes as expected (Deductions at Time of Writ are observed and amount is offset by deductions in Regular Run)
Process Supplemental Payroll Run
Federal Tax Levy does not take entire Net Pay as required, it still uses the Deductions at Time of Writ without the deductions and the employee has a net pay equal to the amount of the deductions at time of writ.
