Will the system allows us to process same compensation plan type ( salary change/increase ) but different plan name and component on the same compensation cycle. What are the possible conflicts/issue in doing so?
For Ex: PLAN TYPE ( Salary Change )
Plan A Anniversary Merit Increase Plan
Component: Merit Increase
Plan B Promotion Increase Plan
Due to following scenarios:
1,) Employee A is entitled to Anniversary Merit Increase but not promotion on the same cycle.
2.) Employee B is entitled to Promotion Increase but not Anniversary Merit Increase on the same cycle.
3.) Employee C is entitled to both Anniversary Increase and Promotion Increase on the same cycle.
We have separate standard rate for each plan but not a separate element since the increase given will be posted as salary component.
