Buyer Work Center - Context Flexfield is Not Changing Synching Properly (Doc ID 2018381.1)

The context flexfield in the Buyer Work Center is not properly refreshing when changing operating units or other fields.

Replication Steps:

1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Move to the Buyer work center.
3. See that the context field is set properly.
4. Change the Operating Unit
5. Note that the context field is now having no value (null) and is not able to be updated
