Header Level Price Adjustment Causes Database Lock

Find that if a user navigates to the view adjustments form after going to the sales order line and not entering any line information and then returning to the order header, the form locks after entering in the adjustment.

The form should not lock and require the session to be ended

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Via OM Super User
2. Navigate to the sales order form
3. Enter sales order header info, navigate to the lines tab and save the record
4. Click on the order header tab, click on actions, view adjustments and then select a manual adjustement
5. The form will lock requiring the user to end the session
