No Page Found Error or System Hangs When Registering on iRecruitment External Site (Doc ID 2018455.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, General iRecruitment

When external users attempt to register to iRecruitment, the system hangs and will raise the following error.

Page not found.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the external iRecruitment site
2. Click on the Register today button.
3. Enter the user details.
4. Click the Submit button.
