iAsset Error Page When Submit Create Transfer Request "Message Name: FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND" (Doc ID 2018785.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Transfer via iAssets the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Message not found. Application: FND,Message Name: FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND.

 



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 
1. Open the iAssets User responsibility.
2. Open the iAssets Home page.
3. Search for asset.
4. Click 'Create Transfer Request'.
5. Enter the transfer details.
6. In the Review page, click Submit. The request is created and submitted but the screen shows the error.
