Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Colombian Payables

When attempting to import invoices,
the following error occurs.

Reason: Invalid GF_CONTEXT
Description: Invalid value in column GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables - Colombia localization
2. Path: Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run the Payables Open Interface Import (APXIIMPT)
The following error occurs:

Reason: Invalid GF_CONTEXT
Description: Invalid value in column GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot go live.
