Business Intelligence Publisher 11.1.1.7, Integration related issues
Users report an error message after BIP Install or upgrade-and integration with OBIEE.
BIP catalog was upgraded via the upgrade utility and catalog was migrated to OBIEE sever. The process was done by using the document from the following blog:

After restarting the services you are getting the following error on BIP screen:
'Server not initialized. Please make sure the repository is ready.'
