Unable To Record Receipts With Mobile Handheld Device Into Inventory Standard Receipt (Doc ID 2019005.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Mobile Receiving

Find if a PO has multiple distribution lines, users receive an error "online transaction failed" in their handhelds, during 2nd Step of receiving.  The same Receipt when tried via a laptop, processed successfully.

This happens randomly and not in case of all the receipts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive line via handheld
2. Intermittently receive error
