BI Publisher 11.1.1.7 - Search Option Does Not Work (Doc ID 2019106.1)

Symptoms

 BI Publisher integrated with OBIEE

A global search on catalog objects does not return anything when we know the object exists.
 

Steps to reproduce the issue -

1 - Log into XMLPSERVER
2 - In the to right of page, activate th check box for 'All' in the search window,
3 - Entering an object name and pressing the search arrow returns the below message, regardless of the object type and name. Navigating to the catalogs you can verify the object exists.
