Symptoms
When attempting to update assignment details for any employee, the following error occurs on Assignment form:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using HRMS Manager Responsibility.
2. Navigation: People - Enter and Maintain.
3. Query employee.
4. Press Assignment button.
5. Update any field from Assignment form.
6. Get error message.
