Symptoms
When attempting to split some Delivery Detail lines on the Shipping Transaction Form the following error displays.
ERROR
-----------------------
Error: This action cannot be performed on all selected records.
Error: This action can not be performed because the selected records are not eligible.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Shipping > Transactions
2. Query the desired Lines
3. Action > Split Line > Go
