Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version,

In 12.2.4 after upgrade from 11i POI (860/ORDERS) program is giving ORA-28115: policy with check option violation error

We also had a similar issue with POI (850/ORDERS) SR 3-10698995487 gave the resolution.

The issue can be reproduced at will when attempting to run the POI 860
