Supplier Registration: Service and Products are Empty after adding Bank Details

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier Onboarding Configuration > Enable Contact Address Association for the OU
2. Access the URL for Prospective Supplier Registration
3. Enter Company Detail > Click Next
4. Enter Address, Contact, Assign the contact to the address, Service and Products and Bank Details in sequence
5. Service and Products becomes empty
