On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.1.3 version.
You are attempting to assign the same Primary or Alternate code for two states, on Geography Hierarchy form, for two states in Brazil and receive the following error:
ERROR

The identifier type for this geography already exists with in the parent geography. Identifier type: CODE Value: NO Parent geography: 10025 (GEO_ID=13324)
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Trading Community Manager
Navigation: Administration > Geography Hierarchy
Attempt to assign the same Primary or Alternate code to two states for Brazil and the error is received
