NOTE:
In the images below and/or the attached document, user details / company name / address / email / telephone number represent a fictitious sample (based upon made up data used in the Oracle Demo Vision instance).
Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

How do Users pick a single / same lot for all items / lines present in a single Sales Order (SO)?

If there is no sufficient on hand in same lot of any of the items present in SO, it should back order.

Business Requirement
---------------
Single and same lot should be picked for all lines of a Sales Order whether lines are of different items or same items.

Example
--------
Items : A,B,C
Sales Order Number : 100
Sales Order Lines : 1.1,1.2,1.3
Sales Order Qty : 50
On-hand : 100,200,150
Lot Numbers :

sbd-01052015 (60)
tlj-01042015 (20)
abc-01052015 (20)

sbd-01052015 (100)
xyz-01042015 (100)

sbd-01052015 (100)
aug-01052015 (50)

So Lot no sbd-01052015 is common to all Lines and having sufficient on hand.
So this lot should be picked by Oracle.

Lot consistency is expected among all lines of Sales Order.
