Unable To Create Accounting In Payables And Receivables due to Ledger access (Doc ID 2020377.1)

Users created one secondary ledger as calendar is different.

Now, they are Unable to create accounting in payables and receivables, its giving follow error message:

The access set XX_SETUP_DATA_ACCESS_SET assigned to the system profile option GL: Data Access Set does not include read and write privileges for the ledger ____________ and the balancing or management segment value. Please use the Data Access Sets window in General Ledger to include read and write privileges for the ledger and segment values or assign a different ledger access set to the system profile option.

If they changed the profile option value to primary ledger which has both read and write access in data access set definition, XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program log file shows the following error

"An internal error has occurred in the program xla_transfer_pkg.get_ledger_options. ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.get_ledger_options. Access set Id not found for the ledger ID = _____
An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

They set profile option value for "SLA: Enable Trace" to Null, and also run validated application accounting definition program. Nothing worked.
