Symptoms

Customized Report Completed With Warning Status:

"Namespace prefix 'crosstab' used but not declared"


This can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a custom report using BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 Build 130.
2. Upload the XML in the rtf file and display the data through Pivot Table.
3. When previewed, the result in the Microsoft Excel, the data shown in the output is correct.
4. Registered this program and defined the parameters. Then the registered program was uploaded to the responsibility group and uploaded the rtf template in XML Administrator.
5. However, after running the report the phase is 'Completed' but there is a 'Warning' status.

The log file message is shown below:

The FNDCPOPP Manager log file shows error:

Caused by: oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Namespace prefix 'crosstab' used but not declared.
