Unable to Delete/End Date an Individual Compensation Distribution (ICD) Contribution (Doc ID 2020567.1)

When attempting to access a Individual Compensation Distribution (ICD) function, the following error occurs:

Initialization failed
select the date
Error: Please select an end date which is after the effective from date.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to responsibility Employee Self- Service.
2. Select the ICD function.

Error occurs.
