Getting Error While Opening Contact Center Form In German Language

On : 12.1.3 version, Contact Center

While attempting to open the Contact Center form in German language, the following error is displayed:

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: invalid ID.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Customer Support
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center
(in German)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the German Contact Center form.
