WMS Wave Dashboard Form Error FRM-40735, APP_TREE ORA-01722 (Doc ID 2020786.1)

Wave workbench FRM-40735 APP_TREE ORA-1722

Symptoms

When trying to query up a Wave using the Wave Dashboard form, it was failing with following error

FRM-40735  APP_TREE ORA-1722

This seem to happen when the wave was having non-integer value for Tracking number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into the application with Responsibility: Warehouse Management
2. Navigate: Wave Planning > Wave Workbench
3. Find a single wave then access Order Tab
4. Receive error
