How to make global agreement default as checked?

1. Login into Oracle Sourcing.

2. Create a request for quotation (RFQ) and choose the 'Outcome' as blanket purchase agreement (BPA).

3. After BPA is choosen, the application displays the 'Global Agreement' checkbox as unchecked.
