Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, HRGLOBAL Install / Upgrade Issue

When attempting to run the hrglobal, the following error occurs.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

  FAILED: file peinutable.ldt on worker 1.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue

 

From Log File

Uploading from the data file /tgnp3i/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_in/peinutable.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/tgnp3i/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyusertable.lct(120.5.12020000.1), /tgnp3i/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_in/peinutable.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /tgnp3i/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyusertable.lct(120.5.12020000.1) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /tgnp3i/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_in/peinutable.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (PAY_USER_TABLES India Income Tax Rates IN , PAY_USER_ROWS_F Section 80CCE Components IN ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
  Error loading seed data for PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F:  B_USER_TABLE_NAME = India Income Tax Rates for Senior Citizen, B_LEGISLATION_CODE = IN, B_USER_COLUMN_NAME = Reduced Amount, B_LEGISLATION_CODE = IN, ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows




STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Apply <Patch R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.5>
2.Apply <Patch 20733388:R12.PER.C> - R121 TRACKING BUG FOR INDIA 2015-16 BUDGET CHANGES
3.Run hrglobal.drv
