Why Is Credit Memo Reason Not Available on Reason Code UI In Trade Management?

Credit Memo Reason Code is Not Available in Trade Management Reason Code UI
1) Navigate to Oracle Receivables Responsibility -> Setup -> System -> Quick Codes -> Search for CREDIT_MEMO_REASON -> Create new Credit Memo reason code.
2) Navigate to Oracle Trade Management User -> Administration -> Trade Management -> Claims -> Reasons -> Click on Create ->
3) Select the Credit Memo Reason created in Step 1. It's not available in the dropdown.
