A SAW Shipment Getting Linked To a Different Domain's Order Base (Doc ID 2021035.1)

Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.2.10 to 6.4.1 [Release 6.2 to 6.4]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a SAW shipment of domain "A' is getting created via integration, OTM links it to order releases that are in B domain, contrary to what is expected (to be linked to the A domain orders).

Steps To Replicate:

1. Upload SAW xml via Business Process Automation>Integration>Integration Manager> Upload XML/CSV
2. Shipment is created in OTM
3. Shipment Created Agent is triggered which has an action to LINK SHIPMENT TO ORDER BASE
4. Search orders associated with shipment via SQL and there are three orders created. Two orders in the expected domain and one order in another domain.
