Symptoms

Rounding issues in the PRC:  Generate Draft Revenue and PRC:  Generate Draft Invoice processes when the currency is the same through out the project and you are using a job bill rate override.  Oracle calculates accrued/billing amounts of $7066.9000 while Excel calculates amounts of $7066.875 resulting in a small rounding amount.
