What patches should be applied to Correct the Intermittent Failure Of EBS To GTM Integration? (Doc ID 2021260.1)

Goal

Qn1:EBS orders sometimes fail to get into GTM.

Here is the error seen in the GTM log:
2015-05-21 00:48:05.105 0 Debug ITMIntegrationDetails ITM Xml String recieved:....null [http-bio-127.0.0.1-8811-exec-112]

We have been informed about two patches in a separate SR and would like to know if they address this specific problem. The bug numbers are GTM bug#18895648 and EBS bug#19941134.
 
Qn2:After we applied patch 18895648 for an issue in Global Trade Management (included with Oracle Transportation Management), what corresponding patches need to be applied in eBusiness Suite?
