Error "APP-QA-16261: Query did not retrieve any records" While Checking The ERecord Details For Item Lot Status Change Using Item Lot Form

While trying to see the eRecord details using Action > eRecord Details from Item Lot form where the status for the lot has been done and approved by user,
the following error occurs:
You are able to see the eRecord details using ERES Administrator responsibility.
The problem only occurs with Item Lot form when we try to see.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Action > eRecord Details from Item Lot form
