Find there was some unplanned downtime whilst the Retropay by Element process was running
Customer then terminated the sub-processes but are unable to terminate the main Retropay process.
Retropay had completed at 98% at the time of the crash.
The Retropay parent process is showing as 'Running' but all sub requests are showing as 'Completed - terminated'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Retropay by Element processes was running
2. Unplanned system downtime
3. Manually terminated the sub-processes, but are unable to terminate the main Retropay process
4. Need to terminated the main retropay process and then run another retropay to run the remaining assignments
