Content Was Unable To Initialize Communication With Your LMS After Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Was Implemented (Doc ID 2021550.1)

On : 12.1.3  RUP6 version, Content Admin

HTTPS was implemented.
Oracle Access Manager (OAM) was implemented.
The issue started to occur after OAM was turned on.

Now after OAM was installed - Non of the customers content, is not completing and showing completion in the Oracle Learning Management LMS Player.
Results for these course will not be recorded.


When logging in through OAM the course will launch and play but after a user completes the course and takes a test, the status does not change to complete.

When not logging in with OAM this issue does not appear.

When attempting to play any course the following error occurs :

The content was unable to initialize communication with your LMS. Results for this course will not be recorded. Please contact LMS Administrator.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Single sign on thru OAM
2. Navigate to Seeded Responsibility: Learner Self Service
3. Play a course
4. Receive error message
5. If user logs in with local page, they do not  get the above error.

Please note: The issue started to occur after OAM was turned on.
