CSXSRISR Service Request Form Freezes When Searching Numeric Install Base Serial Numbers (Doc ID 2021707.1)

Symptoms

When a SR is created using numeric serial numbers, the application freezes after attempting to find numeric Serial Numbers in Install Base.  For alphanumeric serial numbers, this behavior is not observed.

Steps:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Enter SR information
Enter Serial Number (numeric only)
Tab to the next field

The application hangs
