Symptoms
After application of Patch 20447986 on Development instance several invalids were observed.

Step to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Application of <Patch 20447986> and attempt to recompile shows invalids and renders customer unable to use instance and process OTL Timecards properly.
