Steps To Reproduce


1) Fixed price line type has been enabled.
2) Profile POR: Amount BAsed Service LIne is set to Fixed Price Service'
3) Navigate to BWC and begin creating Complex PO.
4) Fixed price line type is not selectable when creating a complex PO.
