Symptoms

Oracle Trade Management User > Claims

Claim CLAxxxxx was approved and settled by AP default payment. Invoice was rejected and the claim was settled again by Accounts Receivables Credit Memo.

Accounting program completes with the following warning when processing claim settlement reversal events

  The following REVERSAL events could not be processed. The event/process status is U/U:
  Note: this warning may be ignored for any events whose ledger is a cash-basis  ledger
  Event xxxx of ledger 1
