ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Labor Debrief info is not showing in Custom Report in MP client

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the Labor Lines in Custom Report

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a Custom Report
2. Create Debrief (including Labor Lines) and sync down to MP client
3. Check the Report in client
