Symptoms
After applying patch 18004477 on R12.1.3 installation and using the adadmin tool to run the "check for missing files" test (option 2 then option 5), the tool reports 55 files missing from $FND_TOP/media.
The patch distribution appears that the driver file fnd/admin/driver/fndsub071.drv lists these files but they are not included in the patch distribution fnd/media sub-directory.
