Work Request Attachments NOT Copied to Work Order if Use Requests TAB > Assign to Work Order (Doc ID 2022297.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Work Requests (WR) Attachments are not copied to Work Order (WO) if use Requests tab > Assign to Work Order

Expect to see attachments copied to the WO, same as it is happening when creating WO from Work Request

Work Requests can be assigned to Work Orders in 2 ways:
a. First way is through “Request Number” in WO-header. In this case, WO-attachments are visible in Additional Details when WO is in update or in WO-header when WO is in view - it works fine.
b. Second way is to assign Work Requests in existing Work Order through the tab Requests / Assign to Work Order. In this case, attachments are not visible, nor in Additional Details nor in WO-header.
These are 2 ways for a same process. Some users may want to work the second way. Both should have same result.
