When attempting to view a iSupport created SR as an iSupport employee, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to the iSupport home page
1. Click on Create Service Request
2. Once created, search for the SR

Error above is displayed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, iSupport users cannot view SRs in iSupport as an employee.
