Header Description:

While attempting to update a Purchase Order PO) which is having Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that has Expired Line reference, and then approve the PO,  the following errors are being thrown:

Error: Line # 1 The referenced Global Agreement line is in CLOSED, FINALLY CLOSED or CANCELLED status.

STEPS
-------------------

1. Update PO that is tied to BPA with expired line.
2. Changed the Quantity and Need by date.
2. New revision of the PO is generated, and click on Approve.
3. Get an error.
