Symptoms

Unable to inactivate a Master Item

APP-INV-86696: Cannot propagate Master controlled attribute value of Transactions Enabled Flag to child organizations.
Cause: This operation would result in attribute dependency conflict of Check Shortages Flag (value:Y) and the Transactions Enabled Flag (value:N) in one of the child organizations
Action: check the Attribute Control settings on these flags
