12.2.3 version, Organization
When attempting to clear the record in the Organization Tab in eBusiness Center, the following error occurs.
FRM-40202: Field must be entered
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Responsibility: Oracle Telesales
- Navigation: eBusiness Center
- Query a customer
- Go to organization tab, clear the record (press F6).
- Error message appears
