Requisition Header Attachment Not Visible in Buyer Work Center

Using Purchasing, when entering the buyer work center (BWC) - requisitions tab - the attachments row is not showing that there is a header attachment.
Steps to reproduce
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Buyer work center - requisitions
3. Attachment is on the requisition header but it does not show in the attachment column.
