Two shipments are created. Driver and Equipment Type are assigned to the first shipment. Then the same driver and equipment type are assigned to the second shipment. When attempting to run the action 'Fleet Unassign -> All' on the first shipment, this fails with:

delete from driver_assignment where driver_assignment_seq_no=?;
Cannot delete the DRIVER_ASSIGNMENT record. A DRIVER_ASSIGNMENT record references it in its PREV_DRIVER_ASSIGNMENT_SEQ_NUM column.
java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_DASN_PREV_DRIVER_ASSIGNMEN) violated - child record found
