'Unassign All' Fails On Shipment With Downline Driver Assigns

Symptoms
Two shipments are created. Driver and Equipment Type are assigned to the first shipment. Then the same driver and equipment type are assigned to the second shipment. When attempting to run the action 'Fleet Unassign -> All' on the first shipment, this fails with:
