Symptoms

All folders on a custom menu are rendered in Home Tree Navigator and Drop-down Navigator, regardless if a function is available (sub-menu granted) or not.

The menus show as Blank Folders on the home page and should not be there because all grants are removed.

STEPS

--------------
Custom menu created, no grant flags checked.
Navigation sub-menu grants added through Functional Administrator
Login as the user

See the Folders on the home page but the links do nothing.
