Multiple Errors On Teachers Pension Extract Process (TPA) "ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP" (Doc ID 2023348.1)

Symptoms

On Applications 12.1.3:


When attempting to run the TPA Extract, the following errors occur:

1 - BEN_91947_EXT_MX_ERR_NUM
2 - There are no feeds for the 'Other Allowances'. Please supply at least one feed for this balance.
3 - Error "ORA-20001: ORA-6511 occurred at line 23 of formula PQP_GB_TP_DETAIL_TYPE1_DAYS_EXCLUDED_RULE Cause: Whilst executing PL/SQL, an Oracle error occurred. The line number and line position, are given where available Action: Please refer to your system administrator."
4 - Error "ORA-01086: savepoint 'CUR_TRANSACTION' never established ORA-06512: at ""APPS.BEN_EXT_PERSON"", line 4650 ORA-20001: ORA-6510 occurred at line 23 of formula PQP_GB_TP_CRITERIA_ANNUAL_TYPE1_RULE Cause: Whilst executing PL/SQL, an Oracle error occurred. The line number and line position, are given where available Action: Please refer to your system administrator."
5 - Warning There are no feeds for the 'Teachers OSLA Payments Balance'. Please check if you are paying any Out of School Learning Activities payments
6 - Warning "This teacher has more than one part time supply assignment. If the supply payment rates are the same for all assignments, please end the additional assignments or assign them to a different location. (The location identifies the assignments as supply teaching.)"


The main error is :

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: PQP_230039_EXT_PROC_EXEC_ERR: N, BGNAME, BTST Services
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PQP_GB_TP_EXT_PROCESS", line 2256
ORA-06512: at line 1

This error stops the process without completing.
