Symptoms
When trying to perform an Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN) deliver transaction through Mobile Application (MSCA) using "Express Receipt" , the system shows the below error
ERROR
Create In-transit Shipment interface record failed. No records match your selection
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Mobile Applications > Express Receipt > ASN
- Enter the Receipt Number
- Click on next item to deliver the next item or click done, receive below error :
- Create In-transit Shipment interface record failed. No records match your selection
